Ten CHS athletes commit to play at the next level on National Signing Day

Ten Carrollton High School students were recognized on National Signing Day Nov. 9 for their commitment to further their education at the next level. Students recognized at the ceremony are Cade Cosper, Kanija Daniel, Eghosa Obasuyi, Isabella Ellerbee, Olivia Mason, Kyla Harley, Juls Batts, Kaila Phillips, Phineas McClendon, and Will Taylor. 

Cade Cosper 

Carrollton High School senior and baseball standout Cade Cosper has committed to compete at the next level  Mercer University. Seated with Cade at his signing are his parents, James and Andria Cosper. Standing are his coaches, athletic director, and principal.

Kanija Daniel

Carrollton High School senior and basketball standout Kanija Daniel has committed to compete at the next level at Georgia Southern University. Eghosa Obasuyi

Carrollton High School senior and basketball standout Eghosa Obasuyi has committed to compete at the next level at Georgia State University. Isabella Ellerbee

Carrollton High School senior and tennis standout Isabella Ellerbee has committed to compete at the next level at McPherson College. Seated with Isabella are her parents, James and Lisha Ellerbee and her siblings Savannah and Gretchen. Standing are her coaches, athletic director, and principal.

Olivia Mason

Carrollton High School senior and softball standout Olivia Mason has committed to compete at the next level at Albany State University. Pictured with Olivia at her signing are her parents Sebastian and Katesha Mason, family, coaches, athletic director, and principal. 

Kyla Harley

Carrollton High School senior and softball standout Kyla Harley has committed to compete at the next level at the University of Tennessee at Martin. Seated with Kyla at her signing are her parents. Juls Batts

Kaila Phillips

Phineas “Finny” McClendon

Will Taylor

Carrollton High School senior and lacrosse standout Will Taylor has committed to compete at the next level at the University of Montevallo.
