The Carrollton Middle School boys and girls golf teams swept Darlington and LaGrange on Tuesday, Sept. 18. The girls team posted a record-breaking score of 122, the lowest in CMS girls golf history, to win by 72 strokes. Kerri Marino led the way with a 38. The boys also claimed victory, shooting 160 to win by 17 strokes. Crosby Revell paced the team with a 36 on the front nine. Several players carded career-low rounds, including Ethan Mielcarski, Grayson Bragg, Brian Patrick, Cullen McKinney, Sarah Muse, Maggie Hughes, Marino, Lilly Hitzeman, Makaela Johnson, and Amelia Ruth Smith.
